Jungala is strategically located inside VidantaWorld Riviera Maya, right between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Getting to our water park is easy and convenient from both destinations.
Parking is next to the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ theater, across from the main entrance. Includes complimentary shuttle service.
Have your taxi drop you off at the theater's main entrance to catch our free shuttle.

Everything you need to know before you visit
We're open to everyone! Any visitor, whether a domestic or international tourist or a Quintana Roo resident, can buy a pass to enjoy the full park experience. If you'd like to extend your visit with a luxury stay, you can book at Jungala Park Hotel.
The main entrance to Jungala is off the Cancun-Tulum federal highway, entering directly through the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ parking lot. We offer free parking for your convenience.
The park operates Friday through Wednesday on a regular schedule from 10 AM to 5 PM. We're closed Thursdays for maintenance. We recommend checking our official calendar before your visit, as open days can vary by season.
Appropriate swimwear is required in this family setting. For safety and hygiene, cotton clothing (like shorts or shirts), loose athletic wear, or similar items aren't allowed on the slides. Swimwear also can't include buckles, rivets, or sharp objects to protect the equipment. Water shoes or sandals are allowed throughout the park, except when experiencing the high speed attractions. Young children still in diapers must wear waterproof covers.
